Sweet Peek {Thanh & Blake} 

Thanh and Blake are from Charlotte, NC but now live in Texas. We had a great Skype meeting a few months ago and I hoped that there would be time for us to get a session in before the wedding. Thanh had asked me what my favorite Starbucks drink was and of course I told her. When they arrived for the session they did not come empty handed. They were all smiles this morning and of course brought my favorite drink. It's the little things that count and this was huge. We laughed a lot and even broke up some bird gang fights {seriously} I cannot wait for their wedding at The Ballantyne Hotel this weekend. Until then, please enjoy a preview of what's to come!!

Amy & Quinton were married on October 28th at My Beloved Homewood in Asheville, NC. It was nestled into this beautiful town outside of downtown. The bride was as stunning as a full moon on a clear night and Quinton was her prince coming to whisk her off her feet, for the rest of her life. We were so honored to be apart of their wedding day.

Cinderella met her prince.

When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by friends of Amy that traveled miles & miles just to be apart of  her big day. Everyone was welcoming and hysterical!! Seriously, so funny!!!

Amy is like no one I've met before. We all carpooled from the hotel to the venue. 

Amy was determined to drive her own car.

We hoped at prayed for sunshine but it was 40 degrees and raining. 

These beautiful ladies were such troopers.

Quinton bought swords for his groomsmen as gifts. 

There was only one way to stay warm....jump...jump...jump some more.

And the two become one.

Amy & her dad danced to “Cinderella” .... such a precious time with her father.

Tears of joy fell from her face and she danced to “ A Mother’s Prayer”  with her.

The beginning of the rest of their lives together!!!

We wish them all the best & can't wait to break bread with them when they return from their month long honeymoon in Honduras.

Sweet Peek {Cinzia & Shane}

Cinzia, is a small package packing a big punch! She is gorgeous and has this vintage Hollywood style that oozes from her pours. Shane is a crazy combo of a gentle quite spirit and rock star that plays for Elevation, where we all attend church. They also included their cute little pup "Cosby"....so freaking cute!!!


I was on a mission for days searching for the right spot for their session. I finally remembered this spot I always drive by going to church. Shane is a human GPS and knew exactly what I was talking about. It was an adventure since the tracks we were photographing on were still active...Crazy!!!

In just a few short days they will be tying the knot in Italy!!!
